One of my friends is going to John Casablanca's for Styling this November to become a fabulous hair stylist! She wanted to check out the show to see what she can expect in April for her Grad Show. It was great to dress up with the girls and the show was actually extremely entertaining!! There was definitely some talent in that class...

This Circus theme by far the most entertaining, it started off with Christina Aguilera's Circus Themed intro from her last c.d. and then that faded into Britney Spears-Circus. It was so impressive, this one ended up winning.

I loved the first guy (on the left) because of his model-like attitude. All their outfits and hair were super great!

I just really liked the hair stylist's dress hehe

The pink tulle...my favorite outfit...I think it's the ballerina in me!

Very Lady Gaga inspired!

The show was great fun and now we can all think of ideas for my friend so that she'll be super prepared in April. Cognrats to the JCI Grads!

I absolutely love the soft textures and strong silhouettes, in a neutral colour palette. I really like the third outfit...I would buy those pants in a heartbeat! And I'm all over the white tights, I think they are going to be huge this Fall!

casual fridays at the office

I bought that jacket from Dream in Gastown at the peak of my local shopping phase. This particular piece is by Dru's Design, who I've seen quite a few times at The Portobello West Market in Vancouver.

During my morning rush today, I threw a belt on over the jacket which gave it a whole new shape! Oh how the simple things in life make me so happy!
